David Jones Transforms Learning and Development with Brightspace

Upmarket retailer adopts D2L’s learning platform to provide flexible and collaborative training experiences

Juanique Vorster, training and development specialist at David Jones, manages day-to-day training across the retailer’s merchandise, foods, and digital eCommerce teams. Vorster said preserving personal connections, enabling collaboration, and inspiring teamwork in the digital learning environment was a key priority.

In addition to onboarding, critical to David Jones’ decision was the ability to support the ongoing professional development of workers.
